I. Summary
It is made as per standards GB/T 510 Standard Test Method for Solidifying Point of Petroleum Products, GB/T3535 Standard Test Method for Pour Point of Petroleum Products and ASTM D97 Standard Test Method for Pour Point of Petroleum Products. It is suitable to test the solidifying point and pour point of transformer oils and other light oils(not suitable to oils with high thickness). It is a kind of high automatic instrument with advanced design. It achieves an intelligent management of the whole test procedures without manual intervention.
II. Main technical features
1. It adopts single chip microcomputer to be the core of calculation and control,having man-machine dialog interface and menu prompt input functions. Operator can compile real-time application software according to oil temperature changes.
2. It adopts LCD screen to track and display the state of oil temperature changes. The diagram shows dynamic stimulative working process.
3. It adopts high accuracy sensor and semiconductor refrigeration. The cooling rate is fast and test precision is high. The results are reliable.
4. The whole test procedures including injecting oil, determination, removing oil and test result printing are automatical.
